Refund policy

At Indian Herbal Remedies Pvt. Ltd., we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Order Cancellation

  • For any order cancellation, a Rs. 70 cancellation charge will be deducted.
  • Cancellations can only be accepted before dispatch.

Returns

  • Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Certain health and personal care items
Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or vinyl records
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company (processing may take time).
  • Contact your bank, as delays may occur before posting.

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
  • Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once received, a gift certificate will be issued to you.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued directly to the gift giver.

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
