Late Vaidya
Kirpa Ram
Late Vaidya Kirpa Ram represents the foundational generation of the Verma family's Ayurvedic tradition. Practicing in Khanna, Punjab, he belonged to a third-generation lineage of traditional Vaids and was known within the region for his Ayurvedic practice and knowledge of medicinal herbs. His training included study associated with Banaras Hindu University, bringing classical Ayurvedic learning together with generations of practical family experience. His work established the foundation of herbal knowledge, patient care and formulation thinking that later generations would continue to develop.

Dr. Harish Verma
Dr. Harish Verma carried the family's Ayurvedic tradition into a modern professional and commercial era. A BAMS Gold Medalist from Guru Nanak Dev University and later a Doctor of Natural Medicine from Canada, he combined formal Ayurvedic education with decades of formulation development, clinical experience and herbal product manufacturing. Under his leadership, the family's traditional knowledge evolved into Indian Herbal Remedies, with expanded formulation work, pharmaceutical manufacturing relationships, nutraceutical business and international development. His role represents the transition from inherited Ayurvedic practice to structured modern herbal enterprise.

Gaurav Verma
Gaurav Verma represents the third generation of the family's herbal and natural-health tradition. With a Bachelor of Pharmacy background and professional training in herbal and natural health practice, his work brings together herbal medicine, pharmacognosy, formulation, evidence-informed research and modern client-centered practice. His education and professional credentials span both Canada and the United States — including his Registered Herbalist (RH) designation from Canada and his Certified Natural Health Practitioner (CNHP) certification from the United States — complementing his Bachelor of Pharmacy foundation with international natural-health training. As the next generation, his focus is on carrying the family's herbal legacy forward through responsible herbalism, modern formulation systems, quality-driven manufacturing partnerships and international development connecting India with global markets.
